1 General Provisions

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly Reload Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits of ৳500 or more per week, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement 20x.
• Friday Night Special Reward: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000; wagering requirement 25x.
• 995bet bd Special for Cricket Fans: 40% bonus, up to ৳6,000; wagering requirement 18x.
• Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500, wagering requirement 10x — once per year for verified account holders.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000 per successful referral, wagering requirement 12x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is never a substitute for cash — it is an additional benefit provided for playing on the platform. Accepting a bonus automatically applies the associated wagering requirement. 995bet bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a bonus, particularly if any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is detected.

5 VIP Programme and Cashback

5.1 VIP Tiers

995bet bd has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and 1.0% at Diamond.

5.2 Cashback Calculation

Cashback is applied at the applicable rate on the week's net loss. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

5.3 Tier Changes

Members can move up to a higher VIP tier based on their activity on the platform. Specific turnover thresholds are not published — tiers are determined based on overall activity. 995bet bd reserves the right to change the VIP structure without notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

1. Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
2. Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.
3. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
4. Using automated bots, scripts or any program to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
6. Attempting to manipulate the platform's software or the outcome of any game.
7. Fraudulent behaviour toward or harassment of other members.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

9 Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

10 Account Closure and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member may close their account at any time. Existing balances can be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus portion with an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the Platform

In cases of prohibited activity, false information or breach of terms, 995bet bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

10.3 Dispute Resolution
